For Flat roof Carports we use the following: The frame of the Carports is 150 x 50 x 20 x 2mm Lipped Channel. The Inserts are 75 x 50 x 20 x2mm Lipped Channel and the Posts are 76 x 76 Tubing. We use 0.4mm F/H Wide span Roofing. The Posts: 350mm x 350mm x 600mm hole with concrete mix.
Our Dome Carports have the same specifications but the Frame is 76 x 76 Tubing on the sides and the Inserts is 50 x 50 x 2mm Rolled Square Tubing. All Carports are painted with a High Quality Industrial QD Red Oxide and a QD Top coat.
All carports are done in a high standard of quality and carry a 5 year workmanship warrantee.
